Senior HR Generalist
AArete is one of a kind when it comes to consulting firm culture.
The Senior HR Generalist will join a dynamic team of human resource professionals who work collaboratively to grow our firm globally. You will be supporting various HR initiatives ensuring our team members have a positive experience throughout their AArete life cycle: onboarding, benefits administration and wellness programing, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and offboarding. This role will require both critical thinking and analytical acumen to drive processes and utilize data-driven decision-making.
Work you'll do
Oversee onboarding for full-time, part-time, and subcontractors working in the US and UK
Manage annual engagement survey, analyze results, and partner with leadership to develop strategies to drive positive engagement
Meet compliance requirements such as EEO-1 reporting, affirmative action planning, non-discrimination testing, and employee handbook updates
Serve as the HR partner for company people leaders to ensure team member growth and development
Lead AArete's mentorship program
Function as a conduit between HR and AArete affinity groups
Manage the benefits brokerage relationship to stay abreast of new regulations and partner on large-scale initiatives
Oversee firm leaves of absence and benefits administration including Open Enrollment
Partner with HR Generalist to develop, launch, and maintain wellness program
Manage human resource information system and deliver continuous process improvement
Support performance management and review cycle processes
Act as a mentor to junior team members
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
4+ years of experience in a related Human Resources role
Bachelor's degree required (Human Resources major preferred)
Experience with an HRIS system is required
Working knowledge of benefit administration
Excellent knowledge & understanding of HR functions and best practices
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Practices good judgment in decision-making and confidentiality
Collaborative, can-do attitude!
