Job Description
An intern will have the opportunity to spend several weeks working on meaningful projects, developing relevant skills to jumpstart your career while joining our inclusive and relational culture. You will work directly with your team on day-to-day tasks with weekly program events to work on new skills, network with senior leaders and socialize as an intern community.
Responsibilities (May perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned).
1. Performs various activities that contribute to the strategy development process for the assigned business unit.
2. Utilizes various tools and resources to analyze information and make recommendations to support the business.
3. Provides general day to day support across the various divisions.
4. Suggests recommendations to leadership for improving and updating policies and processes.
5. May deliver a project aligning to strategic priorities and present to manager/leadership upon completion.
6. Mentorship and networking opportunities.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma and currently enrolled in bachelors degree program or equivalent work experience.
Experience communicating with key stakeholders via writing reports and presenting the information.
Experience collaborating with teams.
Basic level skill in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
