Responsibilities

The Resource Group, a subsidiary of Ascension, is a business transformation services organization that specializes in resource and supply chain management.

Through implementation of its User-Directed Integrated Solutions, The Resource Group transforms the resource and supply function by delivering value through Operations and Logistics Optimization, Strategic Sourcing, and Change Management. This role falls within The Resource Group’s Strategic Sourcing Solution. The Strategic Sourcing Solution is a discipline-based model that uses collaboration to deliver savings and end-user satisfaction. Instead of contracting for resources and supplies end-users may or may not want to use, communities within The Resource Group’s Strategic Sourcing Solution take a different approach and focus contracting for the supplies and services that meet the criteria determined by caregivers. The Integration Manager role is perfect for clinicians looking to move into the business side of healthcare. Integration Managers are part of The Resource Group Field Teams (Value Realization Teams) and as such you will work alongside your local Resource Group team and clinical contacts to ensure goals and end-user needs are being met. As a Integration Manager, you will produce solutions for the myriad challenges that occur in hospitals. You will implement contract strategies through your honed communication, planning, coordination, and engagement skills to maximize value and enhance clinician satisfaction. Key to your success will be developing local clinical relationships to influence contract compliance, coordinate in-servicing, and address any end-user concerns or questions. Responsibilities

+ Develop relationships with local clinical staff and leadership to aid in implementation of new contracted products and services

+ Lead all product conversions to new contracted items, this includes but is not limited to clinical engagement, education, and serving as the subject matter experts for new products

+ Proactively identify and implement local product savings opportunities

+ Escalate contracted product and service issues as needed

+ Lead local Decision Teams to determine any local products (specialty) needs

+ Coordinate local product needs with your local Operations counterparts

+ Aid in the support of product backorder and recall management, local savings opportunities, and reprocessing management

+ Understand and enforce the Vendor Access Policy(ies)

+ Work with National Training Coordinator to conduct new product trials, training, and introduction of new critical supplies and services with staff and physicians

Requirements

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

+ 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences

-Minimum of 2 or more years of relevant experience -Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in procedural or other patient care units preferred
