Responsibilities
Position Highlights:+ We are building a new lab to accommodate our growth in EP – including ablations.
+ At the Heart & Vascular Institute, we have nationally ranked, innovative services close to home – from wellness programs to complex procedures for abnormal heart rhythms, heart valve and vascular disease, peripheral artery disease (narrowing of the peripheral arteries) and many others.
Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:Required Credential(s):• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office.Preferred Credential(s):• Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Education:• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
