- Strong Excel & experience working in a Plant

- Oracle Financials Preferred

Partner with the Plant Management to manage and optimize all aspects of the P& L, including COGS, freight and other

cost drivers.

- Drive efficiencies by managing the day-to-day accounting functions, month end close and regulatory compliance.

- Critically analyze and report all inventory activity and provisions, including spoilage and obsolescence. Proactively

interact with manufacturing/operations, to understand and reduce inefficiencies. Oversight the finished goods and raw

materials physical counts. Ensure cycle count processes are in place.

- Perform regular manufacturing variance analysis, reconciling and identifying main drivers for material, labor and

overhead variances.

- Analyze and report main driver of Purchase Price Variance (PPV) by category. Partnering with supply chain to address

main variances.

- Prepare finance KPI reports and present trends and findings to local management

- Proactively working with Manufacturing and Supply Chain to promote continuous improvement of setting up bill of

materials and routings in order to accurately calculate the annual standard costs by SKU.

- Partnering with manufacturing and supply chain to develop the annual operating plan (Budget) quarterly forecast

reviews, working cross functionally with sales, operation, supply chain and finance partners.

- Analyze quantitative and qualitative, review monthly performance against budgets/targets, highlighting discrepancies,

risks and opportunities

- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to monitor productivity and cost reduction initiatives and track results to the

P& L.

- Providing project specific financial analysis and support as required by the Management for the industrial sites

- Drive consistency and accuracy on the plant reporting and analysis

- Assist with internal and external audits

- Work in special projects assigned by the local management team
