About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for an experienced eDiscovery Specialist to join CrowdStrike’s fast growing legal team. As our eDiscovery Specialist, and part of the Legal Operations eDiscovery team, you will support Litigation, Compliance, Employment, and Data Privacy across stages of the eDiscovery Reference Model (“EDRM”). We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and energetic environment. You will be joining a team of friendly, supportive, and incredible legal professionals that successfully work together remotely around the world.

The role is remote-based in the U.S., but some travel may be required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide full EDRM support, including:

    • Reviewing discovery requests to determine potential scope;

    • Working closely with the collections team to scope, collect, and transfer data;

    • Drafting and iterating on search terms and other culling mechanisms and criteria;

    • Applying analytics to large datasets;

    • Efficiently communicating with outside counsel, Managed Service Provider, and in-house attorneys;

    • Coordination of document reviews and document productions.

  • Provide caseload and data management support, including:

    • Calendaring and tracking production deadlines;

    • Optimize eDiscovery platform utilization including appropriate data disposition;

    • Managing eDiscovery metrics and reporting; and

    • Managing contingent worker process

  • Provide project and administration support including:

    • RelativityOne administration;

    • Updating and managing policies, templates, process documents, playbooks and other forms;

    • Assisting with factual development and analysis of cases;

    • Assisting eDiscovery Manager, Analyst, and paralegals as needed; and

    • Preparing reports and presentations for senior management.

  • Other duties assigned by the legal team

What You’ll Need:

  • 6+ years of eDiscovery support experience with a law firm, Managed Service Provider, and/or in-house;

  • In-depth knowledge and ability to recommend eDiscovery best practices;

  • RelativityOne processing, analytics, review, and production experience;
