Overview
Location- New York, Chicago
The SC Network Optimization Associate Manager is a member of the PBNA Network Strategy Team and will
will act as an owner to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain an optimized network.
Responsibilities
* Own and Execute model for specific portions of Cold-fill network (50%)
* Determine optimal sourcing and line utilization while projecting mid to long term inventory levels and plan feasibility.
* Ensure the AOP and period sourcing recommendations are executable and balance cost, capacity and capability for the overall network
* Review and maintain the results of the Network Optimization model output and create publish files to communicate results with broader SC organization
* Partner with cross-functional areas to maintain an optimized network wide supply plan – over full planning scope:
* Manufacturing, Planning, Warehousing, Transport, Division Leadership
* Review and maintain all constraints associated to a NetOpt Solve (AOP and period publishes) with support of network modeler
* Respond to Division inquiries concerning any potential need to alter or change the sourcing strategy (model setup)
* Perform What-If Analysis and Ad Hoc Scenario planning to optimize the network to deliver operational efficiency and landed cost savings
* Collaborate with Commercialization team on NPI and commercial planning on demand sensitivities and associated network implications
Collaborate with long term plan modeling team to ensure systems are aligned
* Transition model and process from LogicNet to SAP-IBP (50%)
* Execute User Acceptance Testing and Network Simulation, providing root cause analysis to ensure output adherence to established exit criteria/performance metrics
* Own the new data model, including validation and data mapping as needed, to create an accurate and executable model in SAP-IBP
* Champion change management with cross functional partners in supply planning, manufacturing, and procurement as model execution frequency moves from quarterly to periodic
* Partner with PGT team to ensure sourcing compare/update functionality and analytics support the business needs
* Become IBP SME for broader Net Opt team
Compensation and Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000- $135,600 based on a full-time schedule
* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out Annually.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree
* 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience with exposure to network optimization preferred
* Effective communicator, both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practices
* Strong analytical, process orientation, influencing and collaborative skills.
* Willing to challenge group thinking and ask difficult questions
* Effective team player
* Ability to perform and prioritize under pressure
