Medical Records Clerk
Remote: within 50 miles of a Pulse Point location

As a Medical Records Clerk , you are responsible for maintaining patient files, responds to requests for medical records and performs clerical activities in support of the medical records department.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
+ Protect the security and integrity of medical records to ensure that patient confidentiality is maintained in compliance with company policies and federal, state and local regulations.
+ Maintains patient files and retrieves files for scheduled appointments.
+ Responds to requests for medical records; processes letters and report.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Requires a HS Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
+ Administrative experience in a managed care and/or behavioral health setting
- For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $14.19 to $25.55
