Marketers on PepsiCo’s eCommerce team are entrepreneurial leaders navigating the online landscape and developing new capabilities and experiences from scratch to impact path to purchase. We’re a diverse, nimble, tech-led group growing share of online sales with top Omnichannel and Pure Play partners.

On the PepsiCo eCommerce team, you’ll experiment with different tactics to transform traditional brands for the digital era, owning and executing omnichannel marketing plans for a full portfolio of snacks and beverages. With a team of more than 250 associates and offices in Manhattan, Chicago, Plano, and Silicon Valley, PepsiCo has been laser focused on meeting consumer needs and winning in the marketplace. Investing in eCommerce, digital capabilities and talent has been a huge part of that effort, with $3 billion in retail sales projected for the rest of this year.

We’re seeking an eComm Marketing Manager to own and execute eComm marketing solutions with Kroger that are aligned with the overall business goals and marketing strategies of each business unit. Cross-functional collaboration with the Sales, Shopper Marketing and Media team is paramount to be successful along with being a thought-leader for PepsiCo’s retail and online grocery partners.

In this role you will have several distinct responsibilities and priorities:

Responsibilities

What a PepsiCo Marketing Manager does: 
* Develop marketing strategies and plans to drive our online business, meet sales objectives and build a mutually beneficial partnership with Kroger
* Partner closely with our Sales teams to identify eComm opportunities and challenges; develop commercially minded marketing approaches that deliver business results
* Bring big eComm marketing ideas to life and advocate for a performance marketing approach to digital
* Own, develop and execute marketing programs and digital media campaigns
* Set KPIs and build reporting process to measure eComm marketing performance and improve ROAS.
* Transform consumer insights into action by creating solutions that grow online adoption for our products and convert shoppers into buyers.
* Collaborate with Shopper Marketing and Digital Media teams to develop wholistic retailer plans that benefit the total business. Provide digital thought leadership and identify opportunities to demonstrate the value our eComm team provides.
* Manage overall A&M budget by Business Unit and marketing tactic
* Provide thought-leadership to influence Kroger and Kroger Precision Marketing product roadmaps and on-platform digital shopping experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $100,000 - 182,500
* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
* A short-term business development incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
* Marketing expertise-minimum of 7 years of experience leading the development and execution of digital marketing programs and media plans
* Hands on experience and deep working knowledge leading marketing programs across digital channels (display, search, email, social, mobile)
* eCommerce and performance marketing mindset-understands how to leverage marketing tactics to target shoppers throughout the funnel to drive conversion
* Understanding of data and strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to own and drive improvement of marketing and business KPIs, particularly in a complex, multi-stakeholder and fluid environment
* Ability to balance strategy and execution to make sure we're providing thought leadership for our customers but also executing flawlessly on a daily basis
* Technical understanding with ability to work with product, engineering and data teams to advocate for and shepherd new industry-leading capabilities
* Strong problem-solving capabilities with a record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in an environment with incomplete information and tight timelines
* Strong communication skills with an ability to educate and influence cross-functional teams, key stakeholders and external partners regarding the opportunity in this unique channel
