Job Title: Lead Data Science Analyst ( multiple openings)
Job Location: Riverwoods, Illinois
Duties: Work closely with management to execute analytical initiatives. Solve business problems by leveraging techniques that include segmentation, optimization, advanced analytics, and machine learning. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degreein Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or related field and 4 years of experience in Associate Operations Analyst or related occupation.Alternatively,employer will accept a Master’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or related field and 2 years of experience in Associate Operations Analyst or related occupation.
Position required skills: Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation with a Bachelor’s degree OR two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation with a Master’s degree: leading the development and implementation of advanced analytics, including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics and machine learning algorithms, making and recommendations to solve business problems; operating as a Subject Matter Expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiments, analysis methodology, modeling and application, and financial impact analysis; developing and automating reports; building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale to solve analytical needs; researching and analyzing data by querying large data sets using SQL and SAS; creating dashboards and reporting using Tableau and Excel; performing analysis on student loan customer claims reimbursement process monitoring report; and connecting schemas, and joining with different student loan tables using Snowflake and Teradata.
Rate of pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,584.00 to $140,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
