Collins Aerospace is actively seeking a Manager EVMS Cost Analyst. This position contributes to a team of intermediate to experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professionals, meeting objectives, and working with team members on financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts. Responsible for preparation of forecasts and performance of financial modeling to develop recommendations for management.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. Primary Responsibilities:+ Ensure the proper implementation of EVMS through the use of standardized processes, tools, reports out on-going compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits
+ Cost capture focal; provide actual spend data weekly
+ Establishes / maintains program cost baseline
+ Measures performance against baseline
+ Incorporate regular status and ETC updates based on inputs from CAMs.
+ Lead program teams through month end and EVMS processes
+ Data reconciliation with accounting system and project cost and schedule
+ Collaborate with scheduling functions
+ Generate & present earned value performance data to leadership
+ Ensure compliance to EV System Description
+ Support Program Reviews
+ Participate in the development of proposals
+ Assist, as needed, other Program Earned Value Analysts with regularly scheduled and unscheduled tasks
Basic Qualifications:+ Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
+ Must be an U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:+ Experience with SAP
+ Experience with Earned Value Cost Engines/Software
+ Working knowledge of MS Project / EV4P
+ Program controls and EVMS background
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
+ EVMS compliance Knowledge
+ Familiarity with the EVMS 32 Criteria Guidelines

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD – 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
