Job Description
Orchard Village is seeking a ABA Services Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the adult services Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services program and staff. Carry a reduced caseload of clients for whom you would develop and implement behavior support services. Collaborate with the Senior Director of Programs to establish and operate a children’s ABA service program as well as support implementation of basic assurance systems and develop quality enhancement activities. Engage in maintenance of programmatic relationships across the interdisciplinary teams for all individuals supported within ABA services. Work in collaboration with the ABA team to continue their growth in the field while providing regular supervision.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology or related human services field required
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required
- 2 or more years of experience supervising the work or activities of others
- Experience creating interventions for people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities across the lifespan
- Experience with private insurance treatment planning and billing practices
- Ability to coach, develop and motivate employees and clients
- Ability to collaborate within an agency setting with a multidisciplinary team
