Job Description
Loyola University Chicago is seeking an Assistant Professor to design and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in applied economics, e.g., environmental economics, ecological economics, public economics; Conduct research on regional and national environmental issues with a focus on environmental justice, climate change, and renewable energy; Seek external funding from NSF, federal environmental agencies, leading independent non-profits such as RFF, and international funding institutions; Perform service to the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists and refereeing for leading field journals; Perform internal service in hiring committees, curriculum development, mentoring and advising students. Up to 40% remote work allowed. Up to 10% travel required.
