Overview

The Sr Manager Investor Relations will support Head of Investor Relations in organizing and executing investor relations activities to effectively communicate ATI’s investment thesis to existing and prospective investors. In addition, the Sr Manager Investor Relations will take the lead role in various IR functions, including coordination of investor engagement, preparation of investor communication materials and managing investor services.

Responsibilities

+ Coordinate with leaders and team members across the organization to gather relevant information for disclosure.

+ Support the quarterly earnings process by maintaining a database of key business metrics, monitoring consensus estimates, producing prep documents for senior management, performing post-earnings analysis and summaries.

+ Report on market performance, economic developments, regulatory issues, and other public market information.

+ Leads competitive intelligence work to define, gather, analyze, and distribute updates about key competitors and customers (financial results, product initiatives, key strategies) and the overall industry/sector.

+ Update leadership routinely on company’s stock price, analysts’ forecasts, investor perceptions, peer company and industry performance.

+ To determine the organization’s position in the market and to provide the leaders with a proactive assessment and any other relevant feedback and guidance that is needed by the organization’s senior personnel on how to increase the interactions with the investment community.

+ The investor relations manager develops, implements, and manages the investment related programs.

+ Assist in the production of the annual report and facilitate the proxy process; coordinate shareholder engagement activities and the Company’s annual meeting.

Qualifications

Minimum Education

Required

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or other business-related degree

Min Experience

Required:

+ 6+ years of professional experience in Investor Relations and/or Consulting.

+ Robust understanding of finance, accounting and capital markets along with a good working knowledge of analyst modeling and the ability to complete pro-forma models.

+ Proven experience collaborating with senior management and boards of directors.

Preferred:

+ Experience in healthcare industry and general understanding of healthcare regulations and reimbursement rules.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

+ Knowledge and interest in capital markets and the investor relations practice

+ The ability to effectively synthesize a data supported story and communicate to savvy stakeholders

+ Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication skills – written and verbal

+ Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and accounting principles

+ Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines, while maintaining high standards of completeness and accuracy

+ Fluency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

+ High integrity and accountability, with the ability to handle confidential information
