Job Description
Central Illinois Security, CIS, is an established Alarm Installation and Monitoring Company that has expanded our solutions to include video conferencing services. We are adding an AV IT Support Technician to our team. Join us in providing cutting-edge technology solutions to businesses, schools, hospitals, and government!
You will work on client sites supporting our customer’s needs as they implement our technology solutions. Providing basic networking troubleshooting, as well as assisting in facilitating events.
The compensation package includes a great salary plus overtime, paid time off, a company vehicle, expense reimbursement, healthcare plans, retirement, and 24/7 access to the company health club. Must be able to work 7:00 am to 4:00 pm; some early starts or later hours may be required to support the client.

Applicant Requirements:
+ Must have at least 6 months of using and supporting Microsoft products, including Teams.
+ You must have effective time management skills, multi-task, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
+ Flexible to work some evenings and weekends.
+ Valid Driver’s License.
+ Successfully pass a background screening and drug testing.
+ Must be able to lift cable spools weighing 30 pounds.
+ Permanent authorization to work in the USA – no visa sponsorships are available.
+ AV experience with Creston, CISCO, or Extron will make you a stronger candidate.
+ A valid PERC card will make you a stronger candidate.
+ Experience supporting Webex and/or Zoom will make you a stronger candidate.
+ Help desk experience will make you a stronger candidate
