Alvarez & Marsal's Corporate Performance Improvement practice is looking for experienced Digital and Technology Services professionals. Experience should include one or more of the following:
- Digital transformation strategy
- Data architecture and analytics
- Evaluation, selection and implementation of ERP and other software applications
- Business / functional requirements gathering for software solutions
- Complex program management
- Distressed program remediation
- IT merger and acquisition integration, divestiture and carve-out
- IT process improvement and strategy
- RDI / RFP development and execution
Responsibilities:
- Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues
- Determine client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches
- Evaluate and validate analysis and develop recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement
- Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables
- Effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance
- Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities
Qualifications:
- 3-12 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience (prior big 4 consulting experience is strongly preferred)
- Oil and gas industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA/MIS a plus
- Comfortable with travel up to 80%
The following are the annual base salary ranges, commensurate with experience: Consultant: $90,000-$135,000; Manager: $135,000-$165,000; Director: $150,000-$205,000; Senior Director: $175,000-$245,000. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
