We are searching for anAssociate Brand Manager, Reynolds Parchment and Paperto join our Reynolds Wrap® team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for leading key project initiatives for the Parchment and Paper businesses (Branded and Private Label) and participating in the development of ad campaigns. This position will analyze business performance and closely monitor competitive activity and media campaigns. The role has P&L responsibility for a small profit center.

You will have the opportunity to:

+ Monitor competitive activity & consumption and track media campaign metrics and performance.

+ Lead cross-functional teams to commercialize packaging/product changes as well as launch new line extensions to achieve plan commitments

+ Conduct in-depth analysis and concept/product testing to determine and communicate business potential.

+ Develop integrated marketing plans for current and new products.

+ Collaborate with cross functional team to establish pricing on new product initiatives or price increases/decreases on current products amidst material cost changes

+ Conduct in-depth analysis and concept/product testing to determine and communicate business potential.

+ Communicate new product plans to customer marketing and develop presentations for field sales to use with customers for new distribution/new product sell in opportunities.

+ Prepare and communicate project update reports to management.

+ Contribute to new product pipeline development via needs analysis and translation into viable and meaningful product offerings.

+ Engage and manage external resources as necessary to support new product development process.

+ Analyze current performance, trends, market conditions and other contributing factors in making recommendations for base and stretch revenue goals.

+ Manage advertising budget, including creating purchase orders and managing invoices for research and media vendors.

+ BA/BS degree in Sales, Marketing or other business-related field.

+ 2+ years of related professional brand management/marketing experience.

+ Experience with Nielsen or IRI consumer and syndicated data.

+ Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.

+ Strong analytical skills as well as organizational skills with high attention to detail.

+ Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems logically and systematically.

+ Ability travel (25%) and to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.

Icing on the Cake:

+ MBA or Advanced Degree

+ Experience with research and new product development is a plus.
