Client Capabilities Manager - Social, Healthcare and Public Entities
Who You'll Work With

You will join one of our Client Capabilities Network offices in either Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Waltham, or Washington DC as part of the Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) practice.

You will have ownership over 27 Client Capabilities Network colleagues including Solution Delivery and Data Delivery colleagues across the SHaPE practice and be responsible for helping scale those domains. You will play a key role in maximizing delivery across our technology assets and enable synergies across domains within SHaPE, while also helping individuals build deep expertise within their respective domains.

You will innovate and maintain knowledge priorities on key technologies in the SHaPE domains. You will engage in innovating SHaPE content and help develop synergies across domains to maximize growth. You will act as thought leader to our Client Service Teams when delivering capabilities.

You will build and maintain effective operational processes with senior leaders through reporting, performance management, community building and deployment.

You will deliver operational excellence by building capabilities through talent management and innovation pipeline and thus building a stronger firm.
What You'll Do

You will deliver expertise and knowledge through effective team performance across our North America and San Jose Solution and Data Delivery colleagues. You will also support workshops and project capabilities related to the delivery of our SHaPE assets.

You will identify, develop and scale teams portfolio of capabilities, expertise and asset-based offerings by enabling a culture of innovation in the team, developing, incubating and enhancing proprietary SHaPE Tech offerings to increase the impact of our offerings at scale.
Qualifications


Undergraduate degree
Expertise and or knowledge of healthcare industry or technology delivery
Strong analytical and quantitative skills and strong problem solving capabilities
Exceptional people management and operational skills

A reasonable estimate of the range for new joiners for this role in the United States is $161,300 - $165,600. 
Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, 
but not limited to an individual's assigned office location, experience and expertise. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, 
subject to McKinseyis discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
