Job Description

Siembra USA, LLC. located in Doral, Florida, seeks fifty (50) Construction Laborers, for a temporary, full-time employment, to perform general construction labor; clean and prepare construction sites; load and unload material; dig trenches; compact and plow soil; assist in pouring of vertical concrete; be able to operate hand and power tools and perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites; may have to work during inclement weather, could be exposed to extreme cold and heat, noise and dust from construction operations.

The worksite location is 929 Childs Street, Wheaton, IL. 60187.

Employer anticipates offering 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Workers are needed to begin work on 07/31/2023 through 12/31/2023.

Workers will be paid no less than $31.69.

Employer will provide on-the-job training for the proper use of the trucks and equipment.

The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid weekly.

Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). Employer will pay for transportation to employee from the country of origin (air ticket and bus from airport to house).

The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law.

Employer will provide daily transportation to and from the worksite location.

The amount for daily subsistence will be at least $14 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Employer will pay for the worker’s cost of daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period, consistent with § 655.20(j)(1)(ii).

The worker will be reimbursed by check for transportation and subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order, consistent with 20 CFR 655.20(j)(1)(i).

Employer will provide the worker with the option of lodging.

Job Requirements: 12 months of experience as a Constructions Laborer. Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds of material and up to 90 pounds of material with assistance if needed.
