Job Description:
As our Technical Lead, you'll oversee a talented engineering team working on cutting-edge software applications. Your responsibilities will include analyzing briefs, writing progress reports, identifying risks, and developing work schedules – all while fostering a collaborative Agile environment. To excel in this role, you'll continually expand your product knowledge and enhance your problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a diverse team of Backend and Frontend engineers, driving design and development efforts.
Conduct research and development on new technologies, delivering proof of concepts.
Oversee the development of state-of-the-art software using Microsoft .NET Core/3.1 and Cloud-native technologies.
Spearhead API development and Azure cloud infrastructure management.
Define coding standards and microservices architecture for our company's products.
Manage CI/CD in Azure DevOps with Azure Kubernetes Service.
Analyze and design business requirements, architecture, and technical environments.
Develop optimal solutions aligned with business goals for cloud/on-premises infrastructure.
Ensure adherence to architecture blueprints and coding standards.
Collaborate closely with project managers, QA teams, and support teams to ensure seamless planning and app quality.
Act as a backup to DBA.
Act as a backup to DevOps engineer.
Required Skills and Abilities:
5+ years as Technical Lead and Solution Architect
10+ years of ASP .Net MVC experience
5+ years of writing Web/Rest API services using .Net
5+ years of experience with Azure Resources
10+ years of experience with Windows Server, Windows Services, and IIS
3+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes (with AKS)
5+ years of experience with SSL, TLS, Certificates
3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps
Successful Candidate Profile:
Solid technical guru with extensive hands-on experience
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Gained most professional experience in the United States
A devoted Microsoft evangelist, with years of experience using Microsoft technologies, both on-premises and Azure.
Demonstrated Expertise in Entity Framework Core, RESTful APIs, .NET Core 3.1+, ASP.NET MVC with .NET Framework (4.0+), Domain Driven Design, software design patterns, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture
Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented and SOLID principles
Proficient in MS-SQL, Indexes, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, etc.
Proficient in token-based authentication such as OAuth
Pluses:
Familiarity with React.js, Node.js, npm, SAML Auth, AD FS, IdentityServer4, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Linux, and TeamCity
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in computer engineering/computer science/management in information system.
