Beghou Consulting seeks Managers, Data Science & AI Machine Learning in Evanston, IL.
Lead and manage multiple end to end data science and AI machine learning projects. Manage and grow client relationships. Assist and advise clients in solving business problems through scoping projects. Collect, process, and validate relevant data. Execute analytical and machine learning models and algorithms, synthesize results, and provide business insights. Monitor progress, manage risk, project budgets and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Lead, guide, and coach diverse team of analysts, data scientists, and AI machine learning modelers on the project team to ensure high-quality project delivery. Serve as a Subject matter expert and work closely with the firm’s Partners in developing custom AI machine learning use cases and solutions to establish and grow the data science and AI machine learning practice capabilities. Build, publish and present case studies and white papers that demonstrate the firm’s data science and AI machine learning capabilities to clients and prospects. Support Partners and client teams in uncovering and understanding clients’ business needs and challenges, recommend data science and AI machine learning solutions, and draft proposals with staffing plans and pricing. Generate actionable business insights and operational recommendations across multiple practice areas, including multi-channel marketing, digital marketing, patient analytics, brand planning, incentive compensation, sales force sizing, data management, and forecasting. Provide expertise in designing, architecting, and implementing the complex data science and AI machine learning solutions in a scalable cloud environment with remote modeling teams. Support management initiatives, including promoting employee engagement and development, recruiting, training, and providing ongoing education, employee mentorship and coaching as needed.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Advanced analytics, mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field plus 10 years of related experience. Requires 5 years of experience with the following: Building advanced analytics, data science, and AI machine learning models; Leading team of analysts and data scientists in building advanced analytics, data science, and AI machine learning models within the life sciences industry; Applying advanced analytics, data science, and AI machine learning techniques to address sales, marketing, payer, and provider questions in the life sciences industry using experience with at least two of the following diverse data sources: anonymized longitudinal patient claims data, EHR, lab and diagnosis data, payer data, provider data, sales activity, performance data; Coding and building analytical models in Python, R, SQL, SPSS, or SAS programming languages; Managing model development with distributed data science teams in the AWS or Azure Cloud environment; Data visualization tools including Tableau or PowerBI; as well as AI machine learning and data science platforms using at least two of the following platforms: H2O, SageMaker, or MLFlow; Advanced analytics, data science, and AI machine learning, including authorship of pharmaceutical industry or academic publications;Analytics software solution development in the life sciences. 100% telecommuting is permitted. Requires 5% domestic travel.
