Ideal candidate should have basic accounting skills, be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledge of Made 2 Manage manufacturing and Sage HRMS payroll software preferred. Must have experience in the following: Processing a weekly (hourly) and a semi-monthly (salaried) in house payroll, processing tax reports, processing garnishment and child payments and be able to reconcile all payroll related tax, benefit and expense accounts. Must be able to assist employees with benefit questions and problems and be familiar with Cobra and HIPPA laws and their corresponding record retention requirements. This person will also balance and process bar-coded and manual production time sheets.
