Our Professional level Infrastructure Compliance Analyst will help improve and maintain compliance with published cybersecurity standards and contractual requirements. You will partner with security, audit and infrastructure teams to provide guidance pertaining to controls including; CMS Acceptable Risk Safeguards (ARS), Department of Defense (DoD), Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG), and NIST Cyber security Framework controls. You will help translate these control-based standards into functional requirements that system administrators can use to configure operating systems and hardware. Experience configuring systems in accordance with one or more of the above control sets (MAC ARS, STIG/SRG, NIST) is highly preferred for this position.
A typical day in this position may include:
Helping interpret cybersecurity guidance such as ARS, STIG and NIST standards, and translate this guidance into Security Configuration Checklists (SCCs).
Partnering with infrastructure teams with implementation of SCCs and evaluation of compliance scan data.
Partnering with security, infrastructure, and audit teams to improve overall contractual compliance posture.
Producing audit evidence to demonstrate compliance with contractual requirements and cybersecurity guidance.
Assisting with development of automated methods to improve compliance and provide evidence for audits.
Providing compliance guidance and training to other teams to improve overall compliance.
Providing back-up support for the Compliance Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications
U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent post high school education and/or work-related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of experience with multiple operating systems, and a general understanding of operating systems, networking and databases.
Related Security and/or Audit certifications, such as:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
A Comprehensive understanding of: One or more of these cybersecurity frameworks NIST, MAC ARS, DoD STIG.
