Job Description
Responsibilities
● Take full ownership of Yes Energy’s Salesforce instance, including CPQ
● Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration, including configuration and maintenance of: custom objects, permission sets, roles and profiles, data validation rules, triggers, flows, approval processes, etc.
● Provide ongoing support for our 50+ (and growing!) Salesforce users; answer questions, troubleshoot errors, share best practices
● Maintain and update Salesforce CPQ functionality to modify price rules, update price books, and improve quote creation
● Manage and support third-party integrations in Salesforce, such as HubSpot, Ebsta, DocuSign, Sales Navigator and more
● Proactively identify opportunities across applications in our tech stack to improve existing automations, expand our documentation, or adapt testing procedures to help scale our systems as Yes Energy grows
● Provide onboarding, training, reference documentation, and ongoing support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the tools in our RevOps tech stack, with a primary focus on Salesforce
● Lead implementation and integration projects when business growth requires a broader set of go-to-market technology solutions
● Collaborate with leaders from sales, marketing, and customer success to understand evolving business requirements and ensure Salesforce and the rest of our tech stack is optimized for their needs
● Develop and maintain reports and dashboards on behalf of stakeholders across Yes Energy
● Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features and best practices
