Job Description
Research, design, plan and perform engineering duties in the prevention, control and remediation of environmental hazards using various engineering disciplines. Find sustainable engineering solutions to civil and environmental challenges for water/wastewater treatment, site remediation and pollution control technology projects. Develop and implement construction management plan including field quality measurement, project documentation, Inspectors Daily Reports (IDRs) and Daily Construction Reports (DCRs) submission, construction schedule creation and preparation of material, equipment, and labor cost estimate. Coordinate with clients, contractors and all sub-consultants to manage the project schedule and budget. Interpret designs and construction specifications as required to solve any field issues and ensure quality assurance is completed for each project. Develop project correspondence such as RFIs, Line Item Changes, Contract Modifications, Field Orders. Perform engineering design of roadways, parking lots, sewers/water main, grading, and erosion control plans using MicroStation/OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
