Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a Community Property Manager to join a growing team. Duties include:
- Direct/oversee all aspects of community’s operations: processes, supervision, and coaching
- Exhibit “servant-first” leadership by putting the needs of the team first
- Review staff performance regularly, communicate expectations, and accountability
- Maintain annual budget by achieving occupancy and financial results
- Produce weekly and monthly community performance reports and align the team to meet goals
- Participate in community inspections, resolve issues as needed
- Direct marketing and retention efforts for the community in an effort to drive traffic, leases, and occupancy results.
