What you will be doing…
+ Oversee Accounts Payable/Receivable
+ Oversee Payroll (lots of prevailing wage employees)
+ Communicate with external accounting firms during tax & audit
+ Integrate new and old systems
+ Manage expense reporting and fleet expenses
+ Financial reporting
+ Assist in Bids, Estimates, and Contracting
+ Oversee AP/Payroll team (2 employees)
+ Initiate strategies to help company grow
What we are looking for…
+ Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ Years experience or 3-5+ years of accounting experience
+ QuickBooks/QuickBase
+ Experience in AP/AR/Payroll/GL
+ Fleet Management
+ Expense Reporting
+ Reconciliations
