The posted compensation range of $32.50 – $58.90 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As part of our team you will provide clinical expertise support and oversight that helps ensure our patients receive exceptional care. Responsibilities

Assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Provides professional nursing are and interventions to acutely ill neonates, pediatric, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patient populations.

Qualifications

Minimum:

AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State.

American Heart Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Pediatric Life support (PALS)

ADN, Diploma from an accredited school of nursing, BSN, or MSN, Foreign Equivalent.

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills Basic Computer Skills

Two years recent ED experience
