What You’ll Be Doing:

The Workday HRIS Analyst will be responsible for performing analysis/testing/support and developing new features in Workday and cross-functional modules. An opportunity to work within a team, shape team culture, and operating norms as a result of the fast-paced nature of a high-growth organization.

Collaboration Opportunities:

This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for the Workday HCM and assists the functional subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, requirements gathering, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. They will also support and manage the Workday semi-annual updates, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned. This position will also provide support, and mentor other team members.

What You Will Be Doing:

+ Focus on the end-to-end production support for Workday and other HR systems.

+ Provide end-user support including root cause analysis and resolution through the ticketing system; create/maintain training and other documentation.

+ Configure and administer security in compliance with SOX policies and procedures.

+ Gather requirements and deploy high-quality solutions in an Agile development framework.

+ Create and maintain clear, comprehensive, documented business requirements for requested changes, enhancements, or projects; accountable for articulating functional processes from beginning to end and providing thought leadership on functionality and design.

+ Analyze, design, and build new custom reports using standard Workday reporting functionality.

+ Help identify and manage dependencies and downstream impacts of projects to minimize adverse effects on the system and business processes.

Qualifications Required and Preferred:

+ Bachelor’s degree/4+ years of Workday HRIS/ HRIT experience with deep configuration expertise in the Workday Payroll module. (Preferred) .

+ Expertise in the Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.(Required).

+ Must be proficient in the Workday EIB Data loading process. .

+ Ability to effectively present technical and functional information in a manner that is understandable to all levels of the organization. .

+ Ability to work on highly cross-functional, geographically distributed project teams. .

+ Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. .

Technical Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $110,000 – 125,000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
