Responsibilities+ Knowledge of CAD application configurations, these applications may include but is not limited to:
+ Autodesk AutoCAD
+ Autodesk Inventor
+ Autodesk Plant 3D
+ Bentley MicroStation
+ Bentley Open Building Designer
+ Direct support and troubleshooting to project teams on the various CAD / engineering applications.
+ Workspace configurations.
+ A knowledge of VBA and / or LISP is a plus.
+ Maintaining applications, this includes working with deployment teams to implement updates via SCCM.
+ A knowledge of deployments tools such is a plus
+ Work with end point administration and system administration groups to provide kiosk computer workstations, this may include physical desktop and virtual desktop implementations.
+ Occasional travel may be required to other S&L office locations or attend conferences.
Qualifications We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position. Essential skills and experience:+ Associates degree or a minimum of 2-3 years related experience
+ Strong knowledge of CAD design software
+ Strong working knowledge of desktop operating system, Windows 10 and Windows 11.
+ Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting of general applications, and CAD and Engineering applications
+ Knowledge of VBA / LISP is a plus.
+ Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
+ Knowledge in Microsoft Office a plus
+ Organize tasks and establish guidelines.
+ Self-motivated, capable of multitasking and be able to work well in a team environment
