What You'll Do

  • Assist in delivering investment insurance products and services by providing a full complement of administrative support, customer service and sales support, and related resources to financial advisors and clients
  • Open and maintain client accounts, handle account paperwork, client correspondence, report generation, filing, and other operational activities
  • Schedule and manage client reviews using contact management system and Microsoft Outlook. Prepare information for client reviews, including preparing presentations and updating client profiles
  • Enter and maintain CRM notes as directed
  • Maintain client files by ensuring that relevant documentation is maintained
  • Assist in gathering documentation for branch audits
  • Coordinate with Operations as needed regarding documentation and procedures
  • Cultivate a service environment targeted towards enhancing the client experience
  • Handle various client communications and mailings, including monthly newsletters, birthday cards, Christmas cards, etc

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry and customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of First Clearing system and Salesforce desirable
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and Illinois Insurance License preferred, but not required to start
  • Relationship management skills
  • A thorough understanding of a client service environment
