Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Technical Leader in Remediation who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and has a desire to contribute to our clients' success. This individual will be remote or out of a local Foth office.What types of exciting challenges is Foth involved in?

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide project leadership to develop strategic approach to technical solutions including key interactions with client, client's legal counsel, and regulators; maintain strategic technical leadership and relationships throughout the project
Preparation of investigation work plans, design calculations, alternative analyses, plans, specifications, and other technical work products as required
Planning and oversight of key elements of Pre-Design Investigation (PDI), Basis of Design Report (BODR), Remedial Design Work Plan (RDWP), 30/60/90/Final Design Reports
Execution of field projects, field testing and logging, interpretation and use of field tests, collection of soil and sediment samples using vibrocore, geoprobe, split barrel, piston, and shelby tube techniques
Construction observation at select sediment management project sites under the guidance of a Senior Foth Construction Manager
Maintain positive relationships and knowledge of existing and proposed regulations related to sediment management with approval authorities, industry organizations, and internal and external customers
Assist business development efforts by supporting proposal preparation and cultivating client relationships for both existing and potential clients
Coach, motivate, mentor, and develop other technical members
Be recognized as a resource for developing/implementing client and market strategies Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Water Resources, or related fields
15+ years of experience in sediment or upland remediation projects including investigations, feasibility studies, alternative evaluations, technical strategies, design, and client/legal counsel/regulatory negotiation, including litigation support.
Previous experience preparing detailed engineering plans and specifications for contaminated sediment, groundwater, or soil remediation sites
Previous experience performing sediment, groundwater, or soil remedial action alternatives analysis, including scope and cost estimating
Professional Engineer/Geologist license or ability to obtain within 1 yearPreferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Water Resources, or related fields
10+ years of experience with an engineering consulting firm
Previous experience with integrating complex science and engineering on sediment, groundwater, or soil management projects
Ability to develop construction documents/drawings using CAD principles
Proven record of establishing positive working relationships with clients and regulators
Experience interacting with other project stakeholders to establish positive public project perception
