In support of this mission, the Government Account Associate provides personalized customer service to our local, state government and exempt accounts to promote the ease and convenience of obtaining and using a post-pay IPASS account.
Essential Job Functions
The Government Account Associate responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as the primary contact for state and local government accounts and other specialized exempt accounts
- Responsible for processing and maintaining updated applications for all Post Pay I-PASS accounts in SAP
- Manage account receivables ensuring that quarterly payments are maintained/received and applied appropriately.
- Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs including account and payment issues, inventory and billing.
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy of quarterly invoicing for all government and exempt accounts.
- Work with various departments to lead solution development efforts to address government account needs and expectations
- Other duties as requested
