Job Description
Pay: $20-$28/hr
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Description:
+ Verify specified dimensions and measurements to internal and outsourced parts per Engineering drawing.
+ Approve or reject material based of quality standards and record performance
+ Perform and record FAI data on all production and outsourced parts
+ Examine machined or raw material parts for defects and other features to ensure quality
+ Use Microsoft word and Excel spread to submit reports to the Quality Supervisor.
+ Record all quality data on Excel spread including NCM reports.
+ Must have good attendance and be flexible to work extended hours to successfully complete all duties of the position.
Skills & Qualifications:
+ Must Have:
+ 1-2 years of quality experience within metal CNC’ed parts
+ Blueprint exp
+ Measuring tape and shop math knowledge
+ CMM experience
