Expected salary range of $149,400 to $166,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Responsible for the cybersecurity plans, strategy and policy for the Constellation Real Time Systems to support and align with the Constellation Security posture and the associated regulatory requirements. Responsible for the development of collaborative requirements to translate functional requirements into secure technical solutions.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

+ Responsible for the cybersecurity plans, strategy and policy for the Constellation Real Time Systems to support and align with the Constellation Security posture and the associated regulatory requirements. Responsible for the development of collaborative requirements to translate functional requirements into secure technical solutions. (35%)

+ Drives CISS in developing the processes, workflows and evidence required for compliance to the standards that CISS supports. Collaboratively works with the CISS departments to develop processes, workflows and evidence required to meet the CIP Security Controls developed and implemented by CISS. Collaboratively works with the entities to develop processes, workflows and evidence required to meet the CIP Security Controls developed and implemented by the entities (10%)

+ Develop, manage and enhance engagement with business and partners and other stakeholders (25%)

+ Establish positive team environment by proactively assisting and training less experienced personnel. Provide performance and development feedback as required (20%)

+ Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen within own discipline or function (10%)

JOB SCOPE

+ Integrate and align information security and/or cybersecurity policies to ensure system analysis meets security requirements.

+ Lead and align information technology (IT) security priorities with the security strategy.

+ Interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures to specific issues.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to establish the enterprise continuity of operations program, strategy, and mission assurance.

+ Interpret and apply applicable laws, statutes, and regulatory documents and integrate into policy.

+ Define and/or implement policies and procedures to ensure protection of real time critical infrastructure and meet regulatory commitments.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline and typically 8 to 10 years of experience in information security and/or cybersecurity policy or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

+ Experience as a Manager and/or Leadership background and deep technical CIP background.

+ Strong knowledge of business practices and processes in a regulatory environment including NERC CIP.

+ Experience leading projects or teams and knowledge of project management.

+ Strong problem solving and analysis ability.

+ Excellent communications skills (written and verbal).

+ Ability to lead remote project teams

+ CISA and/or GCIP certification
