Job Description

Lighthouse Institute, a division of Chestnut Health Systems, is seeking a part-time Evidence-based Treatment (EBT) Coordinator for our research and training center dedicated to evaluating and disseminating evidence-based models for substance use disorder treatment and recovery monitoring and support. This is a remote position.

Responsibility:

  • Coordinate necessary services to assist customer sites with implementing an evidence- based treatment including monitoring & coordinating training, providing consultations and support services as
  • Oversee and assure clinician and supervisor certification processes of evidence-based treatment using a positive customer service-oriented Provide or facilitate individualized assistance to trainees in need of additional assistance to demonstrate mastery of clinical intervention procedures.
  • Mentor and assist with training other EBTx or LI team members and independent contractors working to support LI/EBTx
  • Assist in the organization, preparation, and delivery of EBTx training
  • Develop and maintain new client and staff materials including eLearning modules, accountability reports, and other documents to help the EBTx unit deliver high quality products and
  • Work with other EBTx team members (staff and contractors) to provide quality, timely service to every This duty involves regular, and as needed, communication for reminders, upcoming events and compliance issues.
