Our Client in Rockford, IL is looking for a full time
CNC Operator. Hiring on 2nd and 3rd shift with a
Monday – Friday work schedule.
Responsibilities:
+ Set up and operate multi-axis CNC carbide grinding machine
+ Manipulation of piece part program through variable inputs, manufacture “specials” type product to detailed print specifications.
+ Run multiple machines at same time with minimal supervision
+ Need close attention to meeting routed cycle times
+ Consistent quality assurance monitoring supported through daily log inputs, and be able to utilize both basic and modern inspection equipment.
Requirements:
+ Must be 18 years or older
+ Mechanical Aptitude
+ 2+ Years manufacturing experience a plus
+ At 2 years of hands-on experience in the set-up and operation of a multi-axis grinding machines such as Combi or Haas
