A top safety enforcement company is excited to welcome applicants for an opportunity as a Bilingual Call Center Representative in Lombard, IL ! Within this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls.

$17.50/hr. – M-F 7:30AM-4PM

In this role you will…

· Answer 70-100 incoming calls in a timely and professional manner · Research and troubleshoot customer inquiries related to the photo enforcement programs within the communities · Notate within client’s system daily, with accurate detailed call comments · Notifies Team Lead of escalated issues, when needed · Provide customer support in completing credit card transactions for violation payments · Checks work e-mail and other company communication channels

Required Experience:

· 3+ years of customer service experience – open to retail/fast food · Bilingual in Spanish · High School diploma or GED equivalent · A personal computer to work on (must be able to download MS teams. They will train remotely for one month. About Aston Carter:
