Description:
The Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for managing and leading all aspects of Marketing Communications for multiple industrial divisions with a focus on expanding digital and social media programs. This will include creating and executing the short and long-term marketing strategies that will strengthen the corporate brand and drive initiatives to increase sales. This position will regularly interface with divisional Product Managers, Sales Managers, and Manufacturing personnel to develop sales and marketing programs in-line with corporate growth strategies.
? Website management and development
? Lead generation and tracking
? Marketing automation management
? Leading all social media efforts
? Brand development
? Tradeshow management
? Creation of sales and marketing collateral and advertisements
? Management of literature & promotional items
? Working with outside vendors and marketing agencies
? Other tasks, functions, and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree required
? 3+ years of recent marketing communications experience with a manufacturing company, including social media management
? Experience with advanced marketing software for creating images and files for use in catalogs, advertising, websites, etc.
? Strong leadership skills
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Ability to work effectively both independently and in a group across all levels of the organization
? Advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office
? Ability to travel 25-35%.
Hours: (Will be hybrid after 3 months of training with 2 work from home days)
Monday through Friday
8am to 5pm
