What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead Solutions Engineer – M365 and Intune

As a Lead Solutions Engineer, you will exhibit hands-on experience with the design, implementation, and operational health of Microsoft 365 services supporting Evolent’s Digital Workplace. The primary function will be supporting day-to-day operational functions in support of large-scale enterprise Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD. Must be focused on enabling business and IT leaders to make investment decisions that balance and prioritize current operational demands, disruptions, and opportunities with the longer-term strategic vision of the organization.

What you’ll be doing

+ Advise and co-lead M365 projects from start to finish, including proof of concepts, pilots, and initiatives and brief those statuses professionally. Understand and advise on any of the M365 products and services as needed.

+ Managing Azure Active Directory, specifically enterprise Applications, App registrations, Azure Conditional Access, Azure B2B, and Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS).

+ Working in Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Teams, Intune, and SSO/SAML configurations.

+ Design and implement M365 solutions for the organization.

+ Develop and maintain product roadmaps, customer plans, and strategic goals.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and better use the M365 platform and services across the company and divisions.

+ Be an M365 technical lead for the team of administrators and engineers and work with Helpdesk Staff for escalations.

+ Leverage automation and scripting to reduce toil in managing M365 services.

+ Maintain consistent, quality M365 product documentation, including tenant and service level configurations as well as security and network connectivity configurations.

+ Partner with our Enterprise Architecture and End User Services teams to develop implementation strategies

+ Maintain clean AD (on-prem) and Azure AD environments by routinely executing health and policy compliance checks.

You will need this to be successful

+ 8+ years of experience in M365 Tenant Administration, Cloud Services Support, and Endpoint Management

+ Experience implementing M365 DLP, Cloud App Security, Defender, and Conditional Policies.

+ PowerShell or Bash proficiency and extensive experience in automating workflows.

+ Experience leveraging Intune and PatchMyPC for Microsoft Cloud PCs.

+ Experience with Jira is a must.

+ Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.

+ Extremely effective at communication and using all channels: Email, MS Teams, and Video Calls.

+ Decent knowledge of the healthcare industry.

Academic Qualification

+ Bachelor’s degree in technology discipline or certifications with equivalent experience

Technical Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $120000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
