What You Will Do

As our CustomerOne Data Analyst you will work closely with our sales force, sales management team, and customers to identify, organize, and analyze hospital data and metrics with the purpose of demonstrating how our interventions and solutions are impacting healthcare facilities from a clinical and financial perspective.

Core Job Responsibilities:

+ Conduct ride-along strategy calls with both internal and external contacts

+ Execute strategic and impactful reporting with limited direction or support.

+ Demonstrate comprehension and detailed analysis of complex data sets with support as needed.

+ Use data mining to extract information from data sets to identify correlations and patterns that will help healthcare facilities drive positive patient outcomes.

+ Organize and transform received data and information into comprehensible reports

+ Use tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs

+ Conduct monthly strategy calls with sales reps.

+ Apply a consultative approach while presenting and communicating data findings to key stakeholders

+ Ensure good data integrity with every report and/or project

+ Support special projects as needed.

What You Will Need

+ Bachelor’s Degree required.

+ Keen organizational skills with aptitude to dig out and coordinate details

+ Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and adept with web-based programs

+ Effective communicator, persuasive and personable

+ Works independently, while open to ideas, team player

+ Strong analytical and math skills, yet creative – ability to solve the right problem

+ Ability to manage one’s time and priorities effectively
