Job Description
Responsible for the growth and development of the Company’s full suite of transportation services within all regions.
- Define and implement short-term and long-term sales and marketing goals and strategies
- Manage annual sales goals, performance standards, and reporting functions for all customers
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build sales and clients lists
- Develop and close sales leads
- Negotiate contract terms, contract structure, and product lines
- Prepare sales forecasts and strategies and report to management
- Adhere to sales processes and protocols to ensure consistency
- Develop high-quality quotes, proposals, and presentations
- Serve as day-to-day contact on assigned current client accounts
- Retain and grow existing customer base
- Establish and maintain effective business relationships with customers, prospects, and industry leaders
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
- Identify and implement full-service solutions for customers
- Analyzing market dynamics, conditions, and competitive landscapes
- Conduct research and closely monitor information about clients and prospects, Transportation markets, and upcoming contracts and procurements
- Coordinate between departments (sales, technologies, operations), including multiple branches across the Company, to facilitate necessary collaboration
- Participate in sales training and process improvement forums
- Initiate and implement marketing programs and prepare marketing materials
- Conduct market and industry research and prepare reports to assist management in making strategic decisions when seeking new business opportunities abroad
- Travel to Ukraine, Moldova, and Kazakhstan to organize and register foreign branches
- Assist with personnel search, hiring, and training by engaging local recruitment agencies and coordinating the process, and, at the same time, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and procedures
- Create website content and oversee social media engagement
