Our client, a manufacturer of equipment for the defense industry, seeks an experienced repair technician.
Job Description
As an electromechanical tester, you will focus on testing camera systems and maintain repair maintenance records.
Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to,
· Testing and replacing motors as needed
· Testing and replacing mechanical components including gears, bearings, and chains.
· Lubrication of mechanical components.
· Testing and adjusting/ replacing camera sensors and lens.
Move up to 50lbs as well as stand and walk during shifts
As and when required, help manufacturing to test newly built products.
Networking knowledge is a plus.
Basic Qualifications:
· Associates degree in electronic or robotics technology (or similar)
· 2+ years of experience with motor Controls, electro-mechanical system, and standard electrical components, circuit cards and wiring.
· High school or equivalent diploma with 5+ years of similar experience.
