Job Description:The DevOps Developer is responsible for the smooth operation of the crowe.com infrastructure, monitoring tools, and development changes. They work with developers to deploy and manage code changes, and with operations staff to ensure that systems are up and running smoothly. They will also perform production support duties when required, as well as minor development tasks.

This position will monitor all parts of the infrastructure that makes up our Sitecore environment. This includes cloud hosted infrastructure as well as services from other vendors and providers. Monitoring uptime, performance, dashboards, and log files to ensure maximum uptime and performance. Additionally, maintain the build and deployment activities for the site, repositories, and scripting. Handle releases both to production and non-production environments specific to the Crowe.com marketing website, including webservers, app servers, code and functionalities in vendor services.

Responsibilities:
Understanding customer requirements and team delivery objectives
Deploy updates and fixes
Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure and / or collaborating with those that do
Setting up tools and required infrastructure and / or collaborating with those that do
Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project
Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs
Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
Identifying and deploying cybersecuritymeasures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management and collaborating with Crowe's Information Security & Privacy group
Incidence management and root cause analysis
Investigate and resolve technical issues
Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools
Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 4 years' experience) or master's degree with a minimum of 2 years of equivalent work experience
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related fields
Experience with SiteCore preferred
Experience building automated pipelines with Azure DevOps required
2+ years of experience working with Azure Technologies like Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Azure Log Analytics, App services etc.
Experience leveraging Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira for work item management and CI/CD automation, as well as Git for version control
2+ years' experience in working with one or more programming languages, preferably in Dot Net is highly preferred
Familiarity with building SaaS solutions using Azure services such as Service Bus, Functions, API Management, and Azure Kubernetes Service
Additional experience with CI/CD pipelines, environments, Terraform, a plus for this role
Familiarity with node.js
Familiarity with .NET and ASP.NET web application development and administration preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in cross-platform scripting languages and build tools
Willingness to learn, evaluate, justify, and implement new Technologies and tools
