About the Role:

As a Workplace Strategy Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of workplace consulting, mentoring team members, and supporting business development.

What You’ll Do:

-Lead a team to successfully deliver client-facing projects

-Facilitate senior-level engagements and lead client relationships

-Mentor and develop junior team members

-Conduct research and ensure the accuracy of quantitative and qualitative data analysis

-Develop strategic recommendations and build consensus with senior leaders

-Develop change management strategies

-Participate in business development activities including client presentations, diagnostics, and proposals

-Travel to client sites across the U.S. (up to 50% at peak periods)

What You’ll Need:

-7+ years proven experience in real estate, architecture, design, or consulting

-Bachelor’s degree

-In-depth knowledge of the field of workplace strategy

-Leadership capabilities including conflict management and strong social skills

-Strong client-service oriented work ethic driven by a desire to act

-Passion for strategic and creative problem solving

-Strong quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail

-Comfort in translating large data sets into compelling findings

-Ability to present and articulate ideas and analyses

-Outstanding listening, written and oral communication skills

-Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity and sophisticated challenges

-Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and distributed teams

-Experience working with other software preferred (e.g., Tableau, Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD/Revit)

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $135,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
