The Intel Supermicro Account Team is looking for a customer-obsessed high-energy sales talent who can lead and drive the Intel GPU (Graphic Processing Unit) business as well as go-to-market plan with Supermicro.

This is a commissioned sales position. It is a hybrid role with both Sales Development Account Manager (SDM) and Marketing Development Manager (MDM) responsibilities.

The Worldwide Sales Development Account Manager-GPU is responsible for developing the sales plan to grow Intel’s GPU business with Supermicro across Americas, EMEA, APJ and PRC. The SDM will work closely with Supermicro’s sales to define and build a common framework on how to best accelerate and scale business opportunities. The work also includes collaborating with stakeholders across multiple Business Units to identify sales opportunities, manage the sales pipeline and drive the complete sales process to meet milestone, deal wins and revenue goals.

The Worldwide Marketing Development Manager is responsible for identifying and driving the go-to-market strategy with Supermicro. You are responsible for being the portfolio manager of Market Development Fund to drive the maximum Return of Investment for Intel. This role will coordinate executive marketing relationships between Intel and Supermicro to ensure alignment on priorities and co-marketing tactics as well as influencing Supermicro maximum participation in Intel’s product launches.

This role must ensure tight alignment with internal stakeholders as well as Supermicro’s marketing group. The MDM drives demand generation campaigns in support of revenue growth, brand awareness, forward-looking strategies around emerging technologies and the important better together story with Supermicro.

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

+ Driving key GPU deal cycles and owning all GPU deal-specific pricing discussions and support

+ Creating, consulting on, and driving a go-to-market plan that is mutually beneficial to both Supermicro and Intel

+ Continually training Supermicro sellers on the benefits of Intel’s GPU portfolio of offerings

+ Managing Market Development Funds to maximize Intel’s return on investment.

+ Sharing Intel’s market intelligence with Supermicro leaders to assist in demand planning and strategic GTM planning.

+ Preparing quarterly sales forecasts and forward-looking statements for Intel leadership

+ Ensuring goals are consistent with Intel’s strategic direction, maximizing the business, and increasing the preference for Intel architectures.

+ Look for sales opportunities to maximize Intel’s growth in AI segment by selling Intel GPUs.

A strong candidate will demonstrate:

Strong interpersonal skills, PowerPoint/Excel skills and attention to detail

Ability to present strategic marketing/technology topics in front of customers.

Strong sense of creativity in order to create marketing programs.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ BS or BA Degree in any related field

+ 5+ Years of Sales and/or Marketing experience

+ 5+ Years of Account and/or Partner Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership

+ Consistent experience excelling in high-demand positions

+ Advanced knowledge of datacenter technologies such as microprocessors, networking, IoT and Telco are a plus

+ Ability to take large complex problems and propose solutions

+ MBA a plus

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $147,750.00-$236,090.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
