Real Estate Broker
Who we are: Interfirst Realty is part of the Interfirst Family of companies under Interfirst Holding Company, LLC. We are a new state of the art full service real estate brokerage firm created to provide brokerage services to clients in our ecosystem; We are looking to hire a Real Estate Broker immediately with experienced and non-experienced real estate with a valid real estate license to fulfill Real Estate brokerage activities. Responsibilities+ Qualify and convert leads into successful real estate transactions
+ Full access to our CRM system to help you nurture leads, allow for drip campaigns
+ Provide concierge service to clients on the sale or purchase of their home
+ Host Open Houses to generate Buyer leads helping to grow your business
+ Facilitate and service in- house leads and company owned assets.
+ Coordinate with mortgage officers and real estate lawyer to allow for smooth transactions
+ Have the ability to act as a concierge and promote affiliated services.
Qualifications+ A valid Real Estate License is required
+ Must reside in Rosemont IL area (within 50 miles)
+ Show good organizational and time management skills
+ Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
+ Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
+ Self-motivation and drive
+ Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
+ Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
+ Valid U.S. driver’s license and car insurance with the ability to travel by car
+ Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
Benefits+ Commission Income: $50K – $250K
