Commercial Banking Solutions delivers cash management, liquidity, commercial card and merchant services capabilities that resolve the working capital and efficiency challenges treasury professionals face today. Commercial Banking Solutions Business Management was established to advise and support product management and sales executives with end-to-end execution of their objectives through strategy development, performance tracking, data analytics, executive-level communications, and project management. This team resides within the Commercial Banking Solutions Chief Financial Officer organization.

In this role, you will focus on the optimization of improvement and innovation opportunities across the end-to-end payments product offerings within Commercial Banking Solutions. You will also be involved in Commercial Banking Solutions-wide strategy and analysis projects.

Job Responsibilities

+ Lead strategy development initiatives, in collaboration with product managers and cross-functional / line of business stakeholders, to enhance product offering and competitiveness

+ Develop presentations and executive material to analyze and articulate performance, competitive positioning, and market opportunities

+ Create transparency and fact base to articulate performance and advise on decisioning

+ Coordinate deliverables with product management and Finance & Business Management teams supporting both Commercial Banking Solutions and our segment-specific sales teams

+ Create and deliver robust and insightful reporting that forecasts and articulates performance of our product and segment-specific sales teams, as well as assesses the strength of the offerings

+ Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and diagnose performance

+ Ensure efficiencies and automation to streamline efforts (i.e. utilize strategic data solutions such as QlikSense Dashboards), including working with data engineering groups on requirements

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

+ Strong problem solving skills, leveraging versatile skillset to identify and recommend ways to address issues with performance, strategy, and organizational effectiveness

+ Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with ability to analyze large and disparate data sets and synthesize into clear conclusions

+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact, influence, and collaborate effectively with all levels of a highly complex organization

+ Strong executive storytelling and presentation skills in written form and verbally

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Analytics

+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy consulting (internal / external), corporate development or strategic finance in financial services

+ Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required
