Direct Hire Opportunity: Our client located near Morris, IL, has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Maintenance Manager with 5+ years of experience working in a combined cycle or gas power plant. Relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.

responsibilities:
+ Strategic direction and leadership of all maintenance functions, including staff and service administration (including staff, contractors, and offsite repair services).
+ Effectively and efficiently supervise the development and direction of the maintenance team to drive plant reliability and meet financial targets.
+ Ensure that all departments under your direction are compliant with all applicable legislation, including but not limited to the Occupational Health and any relevant local safety and environmental legislation, in addition to conformance with all company policies and procedures.
+ Work in cooperation with the Operations team to support reliable operations, and supply critical information to the plant manager concerning maintenance matters
