Trustmark is currently seeking an Enrollment Systems Case Builder to join the team. This is a hybrid work arrangement position.

The Enrollment System Case Builder is responsible for configuring Trustmark product offerings on insurance enrollment systems and benefit administration systems to required specifications. The Enrollment System Case Builder partners with the Implementation Manager and a cross-functional team to support the enrollment through the life cycle of the case. The Enrollment System Case Builder provides support to the employer group and internal Trustmark departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Case Build:

+ Analyze and digest technical requirements provided by the Implementation Manager.

+ Applies consistent tools and standards to assigned tasks to consistently produce error free case builds in a timely manner.

+ Analyze and format census eligibility files.

+ Analyze and format data for initial import.

+ Configure the initial app data intake application (Notepad Case Setup)

+ Schedule required reporting and EDI file transmissions.

+ In partnership with the Implementation Manager, support the flow/timeline of the implementation to established deadlines and escalate when necessary.

+ Participate in employer or broker meetings to review functionality issues or participate in setup strategy discussions.

+ Participate in territory team meetings to provide consultation and recommendations on case build structure to support business needs.

+ Partner with Senior Enrollment System Case Builder and/or Analyst to deliver client specific case customizations (text, colors, inserting marketing material).

+ Submit case builds to EnrollTech Testing via the established process.

+ Accountable for all case builds within assigned territory.

Problem Resolution :

+ Resolve issues detected by EnrollTech Testing. Respond to EnrollTech Testing inquiries.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve case build issues.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve data issues during and after enrollment.

+ Initially respond to external and internal requests within 1 business day.

+ Work independently or with the EnrollTech team to resolve simple issues.

+ Work collaboratively with Senior Enrollment System Case Builder and/or EnrollTech Analyst to resolve complex issues.

+ Serve as Level 1 phone and e-mail support.

Testing :

+ Validate enrollment system rating output against published case specifications

+ Validate applicant eligibility against published case specifications

+ Validate effective date output

+ Validate case build forms and application output

+ Validate Enrollment System is properly displaying Trustmark Product

+ Validate Enrollment System is properly displaying all client requested case specific customizations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

+ 2-year college or technical certificate(s); or equivalent work experience.

+ Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

+ Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude.

+ Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven role.

+ Ability to manage workload independently.

+ Ability to work consultatively on cross-functional teams.

+ Excellent business and technical communication skills.

+ Must be able to handle and meet the high-volume production demands during seasonal, 4 th quarter period with limited time off.

Preferred

+ Four year college or technical degree; or equivalent work experience

+ Voluntary/worksite insurance experience

+ IT helpdesk, insurance enrollment or insurance experience a plus

+ IT helpdesk, insurance enrollment or insurance experience a plus.

+ Exposure to Java Script, HTML, DHTML, XML, or other coding language a plus.

+ Exposure to technology integration: file FTP, SSO, and API methods a plus.

+ High level competency and experience with MS Excel.

+ Exposure to MS Access.

+ Bilingual – Spanish
